The Royal Caribbean Vision of the Seas is a mid-sized cruise ship in the Vision-class series. Onboard, you'll find a range of dining options, specialty restaurants, and casual eateries. The ship offers multiple bars and lounges where you can relax and enjoy beverages. Or enjoy the theater, casino, fitness center, spa, swimming pools, and whirlpools.
Once you arrive at the Royal Navy Dockyard, you'll have the opportunity to explore the rest of Bermuda. The island offers stunning pink sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and a rich cultural heritage. Enjoy snorkeling, scuba diving, visit the historic town of St. George, explore the Crystal Caves, or simply relax on a beautiful beach and soak up the sun.
Q: Has it really been 10 years!?
A: Not yet, but it will be in 2024 if our marriage lasts.
Q: How do I get in on this?
A: We’ve got an awesome travel advisor, Tonia Sanders, who’s organizing the whole thing! She’ll be in touch via email shortly.
Q: Do I have to book through the travel advisor?
A: Yes, if you want to be seated with the group at dinner every night and enjoy the spoils of group travel. Otherwise you can book on your own and just stalk us on the ship like a creeper, but don't expect to be included in any group perks.
Q: When do I need to decide if I’m going?
A: The sooner the better. Within the next 30 days would be best. Our group block can only be held for so long, so if you know you wanna go, get booked.
Q: “But how much does it cost?”
A: We’re getting an Ocean view cabin for about $1500 for the two of us, there are slightly cheaper and vastly more expensive options available.
Q: Do I need a Passport for this adventure?
A: No, but it would be best. You can sail from U.S. ports using just your driver’s license and birth certificate, but a passport is recommended for emergency air travel, if needed.
Q: Is this the most fancy and lavish cruise I’ll ever go on?
A: Probably not, it’s out of Baltimore…. we’re just trying to have fun on a short cruise.
Q: Do I need to get you an anniversary gift, is that a thing?
A: NO, don’t do that, we probably won’t get each other anything.
Q: What if I don’t like your other friends and family?
A: We don’t have any friends or family who are jerks, and we’re not all sharing the same room.
Q: Will you judge me if I don’t go?
A: No, there will be no hard feelings for anything ever. You’ll still get invited to the next thing.
Q: Do I have to wear Bermuda Shorts in Bermuda
A: Yes, it’s the law!
The date is approaching fast and we’re making preparations. Don’t miss out!
